I don’t even know where to begin with this one!
I’ve known Katie + Jake for a little over a year now, but I feel like I’ve known them for YEARS! The kind of clients that turn into life long friends that you know you’ll always have a relationship with >>>

Katie + Jake decided to go on a belated “honeymoon” / trip a few months after their wedding to IRELAND. When she asked me to come along to document their adventures and take bridals (coming soon!!) of them over there, my heart definitely skipped a couple beats! Ireland was a dreammmm of mine and exploring it with two of my friends + my husband —could it get better?? (We even ran into one of my other favorite couples over there— their post coming soon too!)

Despite the anxiety attack I had trying to get over there (we had to board and de-board our flight THREE TIMES before we finally took off— cutting it insanely close to our connecting international flight, I literally thought I was going to lose my mind and we didn’t expect to even make it), the rest of the trip was so surreal and perfect. We spent 4 days running all over Ireland— each day to different ends of the country. We road tripped all over the north, east, and west coasts— driving on the tiny tiny roads and navigating our way through probably 89203 round-a-bouts. Seriously, the Irish love their roundabouts. We got little to no sleep, stood on cliffs edges every where we went, ran on HUGE glassy beaches that we had all to ourselves, watched the sun set over the golden and green hills of Lough Tay— and made one too many trips to the dominos that was right next door to our Airbnb. These memories and the moments I got to capture— are worth more to me than anything, and I hope when Katie + Jake look back at these photos— it’s the same for them.

I absolutely love tagging along multiple day trips with couples— its such a fun way to really get to know them and their love— and capture memories in places that really only happen once in a lifetime sometimes. Forever grateful for these two and their trust in me and providing me with endless opportunities.
