I’ve known Hannah + Chase for quite some time now, as our first adventure together was for their engagements last summer in Stanley, Idaho. We took an 8 mile round trip hike together to Goat Lake in Stanley, Idaho— so it was a full day adventure and we got to just chat, hangout, conquer fears and get absolutely wrecked by the hike and it’s elevation incline that we weren’t expecting. It was so much fun, it literally felt like these two have been friends for years! After their engagements, we ended up meeting up for tacos with their coordinator for their day— and the best ever Emily Aitken, where we again just had a normal outing as friends, and more than anything I love when that’s possible!

Their day finally rolled around in August of this last year, and it was a day long looked forward to and anticipated. It was the best day celebrating these two at Chases families property in Donnelly, where they’ve spent a lot of time together! Which just so happens to be right across the highway from my own Chases’ families cabin property.

The day was beautiful beyond belief— full of the prettiest boho color palette, and we can’t forget the silk bridesmaids dresses! The day started out with Hannah and Chase spending the morning with their people, with lots of happy tears shed, sharing their special vows along the shore of the lake, with again so many happy tears shed as Hannah’s brother married them, and celebrating all night long with family and friends as the sun set behind the mountains. Love these two dearly, and all of the memories we’ve already made together!
