Paulina Lake, Oregon Camping Wedding || Mecca + Bryn

The most perfect camping wedding at Paulina Lake in Oregon for these two over the summer!! I first met Mecca a few years back when she joined me in Oregon for a bridal shoot! The sweetest little thing and it was such a blast hanging out with her on that shoot for one of my bride and grooms. She reached out to me a few months after letting me know that her and Bryn were going to be getting married sometime over the next year or so and wanted me to be the one to document it :’) Mecca and Bryn always knew they wanted a camping-styled wedding— laid back, good conversation around the fire, lake-side, and good beer. And they stuck to that no matter what!! After much planning and emails exchanged, they decided on Paulina Lake— a beautiful lake in Central Oregon! The day of their wedding came around, and of course Oregon graced us with a summer storm. Didn’t matter, these two were getting married outside on the edge of the lake that they love, sleeping in tents and all!!

Mecca got ready in the camper (loved this!!), and put on her beautiful wedding dress that her and her mom MADE. Unbelievable huh!? Then as the rain started to come down, these two got married lakeside, just as they planned 🙂 It honestly held off pretty good for what everyone thought, and only a few little intermittent showers happened here and there!! After their ceremony we explored to the other side of the lake with the most epic view of Paulina Peak with their sweetest adopted doggos— perfect moments soaking up being newlyweds. Plans changed a little due to weather and these two celebrated all night with their closest family and friends in the Airbnb vs outside around a campfire— BUT it was still just as perfect. Such a blessing being a part of these twos’ day, love them so much!
