Point Reyes West Coast Elopement || Olivia + Sean

Olivia reached out to me at the beginning of summer with dreams of eloping with her long-time love, Sean. An elopement was the only thing that truly felt like them, and she wanted help in making it happen! There were so many worries about family not being able to attend, the fact that they wanted to have it on the West Coast but they lived East, and so many other factors like being so young getting married— that had the capability of holding these two back from doing what they felt was right for them. So many factors that could have stopped them from making their day, theirs. But in the end, they did it. We searched for locations, threw options back and forth, talked about travel plans for months— and in the end, they did what they knew was best for them, and some of their closest family followed.

I’m so proud of these two for sticking to what they wanted and what they had dreamed of when they pictured their wedding day. It wasn’t easy and it was an investment, but they knew they could look back on this day and truly feel as if it was their own from the beginning to end. They spent a couple days on the West Coast, a place they didn’t get to visit often— or at all— and have the special memory of their WEDDING DAY, to forever look back on when they think of it or revisit the coast again. I’m so honored that they wanted me to help in making this dream become a reality, and for trusting me to capture these moments they they’ll forever hold so close to their hearts. Olivia and Sean had a private first look overlooking the coastline where they shared vows between just the two of them, and then officially tied the knot with a few family members and close friends. After which we spent the remainder of the evening driving along the coast and pulling over in beautiful sun soaked spots. At which one point we saw a coyote just EYEING us down and we got out of there SO fast hahah.
