Katie + Ryan’s day was so up in the air on whether or not they could have their big celebration at their venue as it was near the beginning of everything COVID related– so much stress for them in the back and forth, but just in time, these two were in the clear to have their day!! (With regulations put into place of course!)

I had the chance to photograph Katie + Ryan’s engagements in American Fork Canyon at the beginning of Spring the previous year in Utah, where it rained AND snowed on us, much like it rained on their wedding day. haha. Good luck though, right?! Must have been because it was still SUCH a beautiful day!! These two beautiful humans got to get married with all their people around at one of the most gorgeous venues I’ve worked at, and it was such a dream!! Love these two to pieces, they have been so kind + welcoming from the very beginning, and now I’m just wishing I lived closer to all my couples!! It was one of those days that you didn’t want to end because you knew that it was where everyone was supposed to be– celebrating two of the best humans finally starting the next and newest adventure in their lives.  Forever grateful for these two and their trust in me to capture their day!  It was the first wedding of the summer, and the first wedding after not photographing weddings for a few months– and I couldn’t have imagined a better one!!
