Okayyy these two!!! Rosie + Ryan have become dear friends of mine over the course of the last few years I’d say? So wild how fast time goes by!! Rosie is a local talented photographer in Idaho, so being asked to do her engagements and wedding day next year has me fan-girling?? The first time I met and spent a lot of time with Rosie + Ryan was when they helped me by modeling for a mentor session, and instantly wanted them to be my BFF’s. haha.  Later on they booked an “in-home” session with me aka secret proposal that you can find here, because you don’t want to miss it!! And ever since then, they’ve asked me to capture all their big moments in their lives and I couldn’t be more honored!!

They wanted their engagements done in a place that means a lot to them– where they spend each summer camping and making new memories.  Chase and I met up with them on a beautiful summer day at Warm Lake in Cascade, Idaho– and they made tacos for us before their own engagement shoot?? Who even are they?? The kindest!! We set off roaming the woods as the sun bursted through the trees, made our way to the docks of the lake, and ended playing in the water with Dodger at sunset and it was GLORIOUS.  I adore these two goofballs so much and could talk to them for hours– they have so much love in their hearts and never refrain from showing it to everyone they come in contact with. Soo happy to call these two friends, and cannot wait to party with them in Cabo next year for their destination wedding– but even more so, cannot wait to capture all the moments that they’ll relive for a lifetime with their closest people, doing things they love as they start the beginning of the next part of their lives.
